Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other ways. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo or depend on the product range. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF and AI format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes,we provide both. Our product and service mix fit clients of various sizes and with various needs. If you face strict time to market and want to lower cost, you can use our pre-designed and time-tested OEM products with minimal changes. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 45 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 45 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
How could I get samples?
We supply free samples if the total value under 5 US dollars .If you have a DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:

* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )

What's the Min Order Quantity?
For different products, please fill out the Inquiry in your target specified when the order quantity, we will promptly contact you to confirm.
My order was shipped to a wrong address. How to solve the problem?
If the courier causes the error, we will work with it to recover the shipment or resend replacement after the insurance claim is confirmed and lost compensated.
If we cause the error, we will try to recover the lost shipment as soon as possible or compensate the lost up to the total order value if the recovery attempt is futile.
If you provide us a wrong shipping address, we will help you to recover the lost shipment at your cost. No other compensation will be made in such a case.
What should I do, if the product was broken, when I receive it? Who compensate for the loss or broken product?
Before sending the product to you, we make sure every product is in good condition. Please check the package before you sign off for it. If the product is not in good condition, please don`t sign for. Then ask some certification ( such as pictures of the damaged goods ) from express company, and contact us immediately. We will contact the expressman, and deal with it. We are not responsible for lost items, content damaged goods, after ?you’ve signed off for them.
What's the Warranty of Your Products?
6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products during the warranted period.
Need I Pay Import Taxes? How much? Do I have to pay import tax for my order products?
Probably yes. You have to know about the import duty rule of your country before placing order. As we know, many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.
Please note: CnTradeLink.com can"t responsible for the import duties and custom cost. As we are in China and not clear about the custom tax policy of your country, so we don"t know how to predict the import duties and other relevant cost which should pay in your country when the goods passing your country custom.
